There aren’t many good insolvency law websites available from what we can see, so a new site from J E Baring Solicitors is most welcome.
The Insolvency rules are extremely complex and this is one area of law where it makes sense to take legal advice, whether you are a creditor or debtor. the consequences of getting things wrong can be severe, especially in the corporate context, where a company which continues to trade when insolvent can result in personal liability for directors.
We are looking forward to seeing what new content appears on the Baring website. They tell us it’s their first online foray, as they have a solid client base and haven’t felt the need to seek work online in the past. the firm certainly appears to be highly rated if the client testimonials on the site are anything to go by.
